“Angel Wings” Program – High school students are partnered with pediatric patients at the bedside or in a playroom environment where they engage in play therapy, or simply sit with the patients so they are not alone.
Volunteer Program – Supporting high school students 14 to 18 years of age in achieving community service requirements while encouraging volunteerism to make a difference in their communities and in the lives of those in need. Builds a foundation for continued philanthropic awareness.
One-Time Events Program – Design is to serve in a volunteer capacity at events that partner either the non-profit sector in supporting their mission & event, or service projects that strengthen our relationships within our community.
Scholarship Program – Invites graduating high school senior volunteers actively working in the Angel Wings program, to apply for The Joni’s Angels Scholarship. Program awards scholarship funds directly to recipient’s school of higher education for expenses related to their academic program.
School Clubs - Motivated “Angel Wings” volunteers can become a member in an existing on-campus Joni’s Angels Club. The club constitution governs the activity of the organization on campus and creates community service projects, fundraises and participates in social events. Currently, there are Joni’s Angels Clubs on the Mater Dei and Fountain Valley High School campuses.
